Summer Season is here!

Recently the days have been getting very hot. And I think it's safe to say most northern hemisphere countries have all been feeling the summer heat by now. With this drastic change in temperature, we have been very adamant about leaving our house and going on trips. Due to this me and my daughter had started on a new travel bag. The Kirstin Bag is one of them.

The Kristin Bag  is a BIG and stylish piece. And I mean big, I mean really BIG. It is a fantastically trendy bag designed for this summer, but it can used in any season! A very good project for anyone looking for a large and unique bag, suitable for beginners! So I hope anyone making this will put it to good use!

Wrong materials equals improvised design?

There were several patterns that I had wished to make this week. But unfortunately the fabric that came was not what I was expecting. They were much to light to go with my original plan. To thin to hold up to the original design I had. So I improvised! Check out these new designs!

By using thick elastic around the bag, I was able to not only create makeshift pleats but enclose the bag in a secure fashion. During this improvisation process I was also inspired to design an additional bag pattern with a deeper pocket. Both of them cane be purchased with the price of one with the The Tiffany Bag!

The Hartley Pouches

This collection of pouches was my solution to the small sketching utencils I carry around on a daily basis. The Hartley Pouches are cute and adorable projects created to carry all your little items! With convenient zippers and straps, these pouches are perfect for carrying your small items on the go. The pouches have a unique look due to their delightful ruffles. The Hartley Pencil Cases can be held by women and even children allowing for a diverse array of choices in fabric. This project includes three patterns; all three of them in different sizes, allowing you to choose a pouch that best suits your needs.

The Cindy bag
The Cindy bag is both casual and trendy and is ideal for everyday use. The bags perfect size makes it a fantastic companion for outings and as a result, is a great bag to bring along on a full day out! I recommend using dark brown materials for a great natural look.  Looking for a bag that can be used every day, can carry your belongings, but isn’t too bulky? Make the Cindy Bag today!
